SEEKING:
Full Time Medical/Legal Assistant for our small but fast paced CC office.
Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
Must have a high level of organization and motivation.
Must be comfortable preparing/sending digital documents.
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
Office Environment: Full time in-office or hybrid position (home and office)
Salary: Commensurate with experience, please submit requirements when applying.

WORKERS COMPENSATION & PERSONAL INJURY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

Track and record medical treatment
Communication with client re; doctors/hospitals/tests
Prepare and receive medical requests
Track outstanding medical bills/liens
Prepare medical summaries and packages
PRE-LITIGATION & LITIGATION PREP:
Drafting motions and complaints
Narrative reports, medical expert fee schedule/availability
Settlement memorandums
Set up insurance claims
Trial prep assistance
SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
